Afterwards, this ESL B2 lesson plan on customer service then teaches students key adjectives by exploring synonyms and antonyms related to customer service through engaging, innovative tasks. The adjectives are incorporated into the following task through the lesson plan.
Next, learners are asked to watch a video which studies important skills related to customer service. Key words and phrases needed in customer service are introduced then students are asked to practise using the language through two engaging, fun role play exercises.
