In this A1 ESL lesson plan on emotions, students will learn to identify and express basic feelings like happy, sad, angry, and excited. Through fun activities, pictures, and simple sentences, they will practice describing emotions, improving their vocabulary and speaking confidence.

The class begins with a fun warm-up exercise. Next, they are introduced to new words related to the topic, which they are then challenged to use in the next exercise. 

There are awesome vocabulary and speaking activities that enable teachers to ensure their students comprend the new words and are able to use them in context. 

In this A1 lesson plan on emotions there is an excellent reading activity that challenges students to learn new words in context. The lesson finishes with fun speaking games which are designed to help student progression while ensuring they are fully engaged and loving learning.
