ESL Lesson Plan: Hobbies: Listening

This ESL Pals listening lesson on hobbies is a practical supplement to the existing A1 hobbies unit in the ESL Pals Curriculum. It helps learners improve their listening skills through engaging, everyday hobbies-related conversations and descriptions.

Featuring clear, natural speech and useful vocabulary, this lesson offers three original audio tracks designed for classroom use and homework practice. The content focuses on real-life scenarios, helping students better understand and use hobbies-related vocabulary in context.

Each lesson comes with a simple, no-prep teaching plan and exercises that build listening comprehension and reinforce key hobbies-related vocabulary. This lesson is ideal for A1-level learners looking to strengthen their understanding of hobbies-related English in an accessible and fun way.
