This A1 ESL lesson “Nice To Meet You” explores the topic of introductions and personal information, helping students to introduce themselves, give personal information, and practice greetings using simple, natural English.

Learners practise introductions, using dialogues to talk about their age, nationality and where they live. They also discuss the languages they speak, their jobs and where they work. The verb to be is introduced and practiced in the context of introductions and describing people.

Through picture activities, listening practice, multiple choice and matching activities, and speaking discussions, students build confidence introducing themselves and sharing simple personal information with classmates.

This lesson is ideal for A1 learners who are developing basic speaking skills on familiar topics such as their name, age, job and where they live.
