Following that, participants are presented with a series of hypothetical situations where they consider how they would act, sparking conversation and exploration of the topic. 

Afterwards, key language is introduced in a fun, engaging manner to ensure comprehension before the language is used in two detailed role play tasks. Later, there is a reading task which leads into a series of discussion questions. This ESL business lesson plan on complaints finishes with an excellent debate exercise. Activities:
