The fourth activity is a fun dialogue task which uses the new vocabulary in a natural manner. That is followed by a grammar exercise which studies superlatives.
An article is presented to students which they have to read aloud before completing numerous engaging activities. The final two exercises are fun, engaging games which enable students to practice speaking and the new words and concepts learned throughout the class.
As with all adult lesson plans on ESL Pals, there is an excellent homework task to supplement this awesome ESL A2 Christmas lesson plan. Students are challenged to watch a video on UK Christmas traditions, before being asked to write answers to challenging questions. Learners will love this as they get to use their new knowledge from the lesson.
