Subsequently, learners explore how to describe a person's height, weight, and age using engaging activities and pictures. This is followed by the teaching of facial and hair descriptors, with ample practice opportunities provided. In the next section, students are taught how to describe clothing using the verb 'wear,' and multiple exercises are included.

The ESL lesson plan on describing people then incorporates a reading activity that contains comprehension questions. Here, students can apply their newly acquired language skills in a natural context. Finally, the lesson culminates in a 'showtime' activity where learners describe individuals they know using all the language they have acquired throughout the lesson.
