The class begins with a fun warm-up exercise. Next, they are introduced to new words related to the topic, which they are then challenged to use in the next exercise. 

There is an awesome video-based activity which enables students to practise their comprehension skills through true or false, sentence completion and discussion exercises. 

Afterwards, there is an excellent reading task which introduces New Year’s traditions from four more countries, along with a comprehension task. 

The lesson finishes with three fun speaking games which are designed to help student progression while ensuring they are fully engaged and loving learning,
