The lesson presents a thought-provoking video which students dissect by completing various interactive exercises. All adults from 18 to 80 will enjoy the activities because they allow for adults to reflect on something they have all lived through - education.
For teachers it will be fascinating to hear about the many varying experiences students from different countries have had - a real eye opener - especially the debates! Activities:
The homework section of this ESL lesson plan on education contains useful, intriguing exercises. We have designed an idioms exercise to enrich students' vocabulary, as it is important at B2 level to start to use this type of language. The final task is a 250 word exercise created to allow students to use the words and ideas learned in the lesson. Activities:
