Students then learn useful vocabulary, idioms, and expressions related to stress management, including how to describe stressful situations, talk about emotions, and explain different ways to deal with stress. They explore techniques such as mindfulness, exercise, improving lifestyle habits, managing time, and building a strong support network.
Finally, students take part in a variety of engaging speaking activities, including ranking stress-management techniques, discussing ways to relax, playing “This or That” challenges, and debating different opinions about stress in modern life. They practise expressing their opinions, sharing personal experiences, and discussing effective strategies for dealing with one of life’s most common challenges. Activities:
